Gutter Guard pRODUCTS

Gutter Guard can easily be fitted to your existing gutter system to protect the gutters from becoming blocked from falling vegetation, debris, and leaves. Nature does most of the work. Leaves and debris are left to dry on top of the gutter guard and the majority blows off or breaks down its smaller pieces and easily flows through the gutter and down pipes allowing water to enter your gutter and flow away as it should.

The perforations in our mesh are perfect size to allow flowing water and sun light into gutters preventing rot, mildew and silt build up. This can happen in extreme cases. Our products are perfect for hosing out your gutters or simply remove the product to access the gutter cavity.

ALUMINIUM GUTTER GUARD MESH: 

This system uses expanded Aluminium diamond mesh which is a long lasting solution your your blocked gutter problems. Can be fitted to most gutter systems. Includes self tapping screws. Diamond hole size is 6mm x 4mm and material is 1mm thick making it easy to work with. Supplied in either 125mm width (R50per metre) or 150mm width (R55 per metre) ex Vat and sold by the metre. Other widths can be quoted on with minimum order quantities.

How to install:

  • 1) Clean out your effected gutters so that there is no debris present and ensure that the gutters and down pipes are free flowing.
  • 2) Place the mesh over the gutter as depicted in the pictures. Screw the mesh to the outside lip of the gutter every 350 mm (or as required) with the supplied self-tapping screws to secure the mesh in place. No pre hole drilling is required, screws should tap straight in. Easiest to use a battery drill. If you prefer not to screw into the gutter lip then a small blob of silicone will also suffice. 

Tip: Use gloves to protect your hands. Overlap the mesh slightly where it joins to prevent leaves becoming trapped in that area. 

For a single-story building, install standing on a step ladder or scaffolding.
